The 65th Grammy Awards, the music industry’s biggest ceremony, took place on Sunday 5 February at the Crypto Arena in Los Angeles.
With this, the most relevant artists of the international scene competed for the most awaited awards of the year after the revelation of the nominees last November 2022, among which were names such as Harry Styles, Bad Bunny, Rosalía or Beyoncé.
Texas singer-songwriter Beyoncé made awards history by picking up four more of her nine nominations this year, bringing her career total to 32 from the 28 she had previously received. In doing so, the artist has become the most honores artist by the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences.
The ceremony began with a special performance by Puerto Rican Bad Bunny, who was hoping for the award for best album for “Un verano sin ti“, an award that was finally given to the young Harry Styles with his album “Harry’s House“. Even so, the singer of “Tití me preguntó” managed to win the award for Best Urban Music Album.
Among the winners were also Taylor Swift, with Best Music Video for “All Too Well“, Adele, with Best Pop Song for “Easy On Me“, Sam Smith and Kim Petras with “Unholy“, who won the award for Best Pop Song duo, Rosalía, with the award for Best Latin Rock or Alternative Album, or Samara Joy, with the award for Best New Artist.
