The famous hotel belonging to the coastal city of Saint-Tropez (France) celebrates fifty years from the day of its inauguration. To celebrate this, interior architect David Granata has been hired to renovate the hotel and he has done so taking inspiration from the golden age of the Côte d’Azur.
This same architect explained that the renovation was mainly based on expanding the spaces of the hotel, from the lobby to the lounge, passing through the swimming pool, the bar and the restaurant. But the idea does not only belong to Granata, but the owners (a family of three generations) explained that they wanted to create the “Odette” restaurant, as a tribute to Odette Scagliola who opened the hotel in 1972.
Its intention is to maintain a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for guests, without neglecting the family atmosphere that has characterized this hotel for a long time. And all this continuing the history of the family but with a personal touch of this new generation.
In this way everything arose, that atmosphere and emotions that were felt in the streets of Saint-Tropez in the 80s and 90s, streets that gave off a natural charm, as evidenced by the new renovation of this emblematic hotel.
