Now, as temperatures rise and the public demands new recipes to combat the summer, Miss Maggie launches this salad idea made with peaches, grilled avocados and fresh goat cheese. The best of all is that it will not take more than 20 minutes to make this delicious dish.

Here is the recipe for you to enjoy as soon as possible: heat a frying pan with oil and add a couple of sliced ​​peaches in their skin. When this is ready, you will have to remove it on a plate and sprinkle everything with lemon zest. Now its the turn of the vinaigrette that you have to make by slicing a shallot, adding 3 tablespoons of oil, 2 of apple, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Finally, crumble the goat cheese and add it to the plate above the peaches and avocados, add the vinaigrette made previously and sprinkle everything with crushed almonds, fresh herbs and pepper.
