All the drivers were excited after debut of Next Gen Car. So that has help to have an amazing start of Nascar Cup Series 2022. This Sunday, in Las Vegas Motor Speedway, more than twenty teams will fight for a victory on this beautiful stage.
About the last winner of the Auto Club Speedway of last week, Kyle Larson will try to win two consecutive races. He is a driver with a lot of experience. In 2021, he led until 103 laps of 267 (more than other driver). Also, he achieved an advantage of 3,156 seconds about his rival Denny Hamlin. However, every single race of Nascar could be totally different from the last one.
The last weekend in Auto Club Speedway there were up to 27 leadership changes. The second amount of all the times (record in on 28 in 2007).
In the race of Sunday there are eight ex winners of last editions. The three times winner Brad Keselowski (Las Vegas) will try to do as much as he can (he is currently on the tenth place). He is adapting to his new team Roush Fenway Keselowski Racing and also to his new car (Ford n.6).
Another three drivers: Kevin Harvick (Stewart-Hass Racing), Martin Truex Jr. (Joe Gibbs Racing) and Joey Logano (Team Penske) have won also two times on the 1.5 mile track. On the other hand, Las Vegas natives Kyle and Kurt Busch, have one victory each one. The same for Hamlin, who obtained a victory on Playoffs last year.
Another example of competitiveness if that from the first to eleventh qualifiers have difference between them of just 20 points.
