The couple has requested the legal change of the name of their son
Just a few months ago Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott announced through social media that their second son was no longer called Wolf Jacques Webster. This was the name with which he was baptized at the time of his birth but his parents realized that it was not the name indicated for him since it did not go with his personality.
Through a post on Instagram the businesswoman published photos of the face of her baby on the day of his first birthday. That’s where it was seen that the boy had been renamed with a Spanish word: Aire. “Aire. My son, my moon, my stars. The best year of my life has been with you. You complete us, my angel. Mom loves you. Happy first birthday and God bless you always,” the influencer wrote as a congratulation.
According to official documents released by TMZ this week, both parents have gone to court. In it they have presented the necessary papers for the change of the name of their child. Written can be seen how Kylie and Travis claim they are sorry they have named the child Wolf. They continue to say that “now that the petitioners have had the opportunity to spend time with their baby, they feel that the name Aire Webster fits much better”.
At the time Kylie published the name of the boy, social networks began to fill with comments referring to him. One of the most repeated questions was about the pronunciation of the name. Some of his followers were intrigued to know if it was said as it is written, in Spanish, or if the pronunciation was still in English. To their relief, the smallest of the Kardashian clan quickly replied that Aire is pronounced Air, as if it was in English.
Another thing that her followers have noticed is that the new name of the couple’s second child fits much better with that of his sister, Stormi. This is because both are weather related. Still, the businesswoman says that they have not chosen the name because it is one of the four elements of nature, but that Aire has a Hebrew origin and, according to what they have presented, means “Lion of God”.
