37-year-old American artist Lana del Rey has already shared the second preview of her new album, “Did You Know That There’s A Tunnek Under Ocean Blvd”, a title that didn’t seem to convince Lana in the end, so she proposed to change it, but after seeing that the change was worse, they went back to the original idea.
The new single titled “A&W” is a shared work with Jack Antonoff, composed by 7 minutes and that tells a story about Lana’s life from her childhood to her adulthood, until her addiction for sex, which was going to give the song the name of “American Whore” before its definitive title.
The new album will be released on 24 March 2023, and will feature artists such as Tommy Genesis and Jon Batiste.
Thus, “A&W” is a different single as it unites two different songs in one, one folk and one hip-hop based.
With this, fans are impatiently awaiting the arrival of the artist’s new album, as was reflected in the premiere of “A&W“, and in just two days the single reached more than 600.000 plays.
