Land Rover has presented its biggest all-road, the Defender 130, who joins to Defender 90 and 110, but being bigger than this two. It can have eight occupants, but a version with five can be ordered too. Is the bigger of the automaker because they have changed the shape that has been increased in 340 milimeters long, having more space inside the car.
To keep the classic back design of the Defender, the Land Rover´s engineers have raised the back part of the vehicle, they have kept too the three side exclusive lines that define the Defender and redesigned the back LEDs. The rails of the roof comes with Narvik Black colour. The company gives the customer some colours to choose, but the car comes always with some details in Ceres Silver.
The brand has focused in the comfort of the occupants of the car, the car has three seat lines. In the last line, where can be three person, has all the amenities, the seats include: heater seats, padding armrests and USB device to charge the mobile phone or the computer. The roof is panoramic solar and it creates an illuminated inside. The seats in second and third lines are raised to get a better visibility. The vehicle includes a big trunk too.
In the inside, it has a tactile curve screen called Pivi Pro with 11.4-inch, but it can be customized with some options that the company offers. This vehicle incorporates the What3words world location to have a precise navigation. The car can be selected in two types of motorization, diesel and gasoline, but both of them are hybrid with the 48 volts Mild-Hybrid. The gasoline engine has 400 horsepower with a maximum speed of 191 km/h, and the diesel one has 250 horsepower with a maximum speed of 188 km/h.
The price of this model has been revealed, the diesel D250 MHEV has been priced in 100.450€, this is the cheaper one of this model, the expensive one is the Defender 130 P400 MHEV that costs 142.759€. It has a special First Edition, that has been priced in 120.499€. This is a car for the all-road and big car lovers.
