Miami Heat defeated Chicago Bulls with a big difference of play. Also, the defensive performance of the local team was really good.
Both teams were in a good shape this season. They are competing to know who of them will be the champion of East Conference. But this time, the Florida´s team made a beautiful match. Chicagoan franchise have an average of 113 points per match. However, yesterday they can´t scored more than 100 in entire game. Despite of the good performance of the American player Zach LaVine (22 points, 4 assists and 4 rebounds) the team of Billy Donovan couldn´t face to face against Miami.
Ignoring the defensive apart, Miami Heat did an incredible collective game. Except Tyler Herro and Gabe Vincent (both players with twenty points), the rest of the team didn´t stand out. At the beginning of the season, Miami Heat were not on the bets to win the NBA ring. And also, lot of experts disregard the team of Erik Spoelstra (one of the most underrated of last decade). An inquisitive fact is that with these victories of Miami Heat (for the moment 41) have always achieved to enter in the NBA Finals.
So definitely, was a rough night at the office for the Chicago Bulls down in South Beach. The Miami Heat blitzed the Bulls early on and immediately put them in a 14-point hole in the first quarter, and the deficit reached 19 early at one point in the second quarter. Chicago tried to battle back and made it interesting by cutting the lead down to six midway through the second, but the Heat turned on the jets in the third quarter, outscoring the Bulls by 15. The fourth quarter was all garbage time as Miami wound up with a 112-99 win to give Chicago another ugly loss against an elite team, which continues to be a worrying trend. The Bulls had the possibility to draw with Miami with the same wins. However, FTX Arena was witness of the superiority of the local team during all the 40 minutes. Now, they lead the East Conference with an advantage of two wins respect Bulls (with 39 victories).
