Popstar Miley Cyrus is seeing Lilly’s drummer Maxx Morando. Since they were spotted together in Miami while Cyrus was there to do her New Year’s Eve special, Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party, the drummer is rumored to be Cyrus’ new boyfriend.
While they have yet to confirm, there were certainly glimmers of these rumors when they were seen dancing backstage as her special. Some people closer to the two said that they maintained a “discreet relationship” and that they did not intend to capture the attention of the media. However, many fans already see them together.
Maxx Morando and Cyrus have many friends in common and have known each other as friends for a while. He before joining the rock band was a drummer for the punk rock band The Regrettes from 2015 to 2018. The two were also spotted together at the Gucci Love Parade fashion show in Los Angeles and although they seem to be very discreetly not carrying it off, Cyrus, 29, has not said anything on the record.
However, Cyrus did mention Morando while talking to the media about her look during the performance. “This look is a unique collaboration between two of my favorite emerging artists, Maxx Morando and Shane Kastl,” she said. In addition, Cyrus’ new song called “You” reportedly features her new boyfriend in lyrics like, “I want that sweet nighttime magic / That everlasting love / But only if it’s with you.”
After the couple was photographed kissing in West Hollywood there is little doubt left. What is clear is that they are a gorgeous couple. We’ll see if during these months Maxx Morando and Miley Cyrus comment or talk about these rumors.
