You are purchasing a limited edition item from the DROP. Returns are not accepted, except for size exchanges of the same item and reference.

If you wish to make a return for a different size, you will need to arrange a courier service of your choice and directly pay the shipping costs to the courier for returning the item to our warehouse. You will also be responsible for the shipping costs of the new item you wish to receive in return. To initiate this process, please send us an email at (returns@alexandermag.com), providing the order number and the desired size. You will receive an email in response with the details of where to send the item and all the necessary information for the shipment of the new item.

Si usted quiere hacer una devolución por talla tendrá que contratar un servicio courrier de su elección y pagar directamente al courrier los costes del envío a nuestro almacén, también deberá pagar los costes del envío de la nueva prenda que desea recibir de vuelta. Para realizar este trámite debe enviarnos un email (returns@alexandermag.com), indicándonos número de pedido y la talla que desea recibir. Usted recibirá un email de vuelta con los datos donde debe enviar la prenda y todos los detalles para el envío de la nueva prenda.

If you want to make a return for a different size and the desired size is out of stock, you will receive a voucher to purchase any other product on our website. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued. For the return, you will have to bear the courier costs for sending the item back to our warehouse. Please send an email to (returns@alexandermag.com) informing us whether you would like a size exchange or a voucher for the same value as the purchased item. The voucher will be issued once we have received the returned item in our warehouse and verified that it has not been used and the tag is in perfect condition.

Si usted quiere hacer una devolución por talla y no hay existencias de la talla deseada, usted recibirá un bono para comprar cualquier otro producto en nuestra web. En ningún caso se hará la devolución del dinero. Para la devolución usted tendrá que asumir los costes de Courrier para devolver la prenda a nuestro almacén. Deberá enviar un email (returns@alexandermag.com), informando si desea hacer un cambio de talla o recibir un bono de consumo por el mismo valor de la prenda comprada. El bono lo recibirá una vez recibamos la prenda devuelta en nuestro almacén y verifiquemos que la prenda no esté usada y la etiqueta este en perfecto estado.
