The next Sunday Real Madrid and Barcelona will face to face in one of the best matches that you can see in the world of football. They are the most important teams of Spain and also kings in all Europe. However, the current moment of both teams are completely different.
On the one hand, we have Real Madrid. The team directed by Carlo Ancelotti is doing a great season. They are first in Liga Santander and they are in cuarter finals of Champions League. This pass it was possible thanks to the comeback against Paris Saint-Germain. The way to play of this Real Madrid is really awesome. Also, they have a mix between players with a lot of experience (Luka Modric, Karim Benzema or Toni Kroos) and other young promises that are growing up in the club (Vinicius or Camavinga). The most problem of this Madrid is probably the bench. Ancelotti doesn´t like do substitutions and some players with high age are sometimes tired. In this moment of season the rest is very relevant face to the hard games that left to play. Also, the level of Benzema and Vinicius as striker is incredible. Probably they are the best duo actually.
On the other hand, we have Barcelona. The team is not in his best financial/economy situation. But with the arrive of Xavi Hernandez (previously training on Qatar) is changing the things to better. First of all, the winter window was totally successful. They bought star players like Ferran Torres, Adama Traore or Aubameyang. Then, the system that Xavi has adapted is perfect for this Barcelona. The new players are molding very well to Barca and the Spanish league.
With all these condiments and because it is a Clasico, sure it will be a good match. The appointed referee for this game will be Martinez Munuera.
Altough in Clasicos anything can happen, Real Madrid is favorite to win. The reasons are the good shape of Madrid´s team and obviously the field factor.
Finally, the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi changed a lot this type of matches. However, we will enjoy surely this two big clubs.
