A few months ago we ended the undoubted competition between Selena Gómez and Hailey Bieber after both were photographed together smiling. With these images it seemed that they wanted to show the world that there was no rivalry between them, if not quite the opposite. Unfortunately we were wrong, we do not know the real reason why they decided to take pictures together but the truth is that the problems between them are not over.
This long competition began when just 2 months after Justin Bieber ended his relationship with Selena Gómez, he announced his engagement with Hailey Baldwin (Bieber). Since then the followers of both girls are clear that they do nothing but throw themselves indirects by social networks.
After a quiet time the fight has started again after Selena posted in Tiktok a video in which she showed and commented that she had laminated her eyebrows too much. Kylie Jenner later made two posts through her Instagram account stories. The first one showed a photo of her along with a text above her eyebrows that said “this was an accident?”. The second was a screen capture of a video call with Hailey in which they made fun of the singer’s eyebrows as they had zoom in this part of their faces.
Quickly the commotion began among the fans of Gómez and then Kylie shared a tweet saying that it had not been her who had uploaded those photos, saying that someone hacked her Instagram account. To this message Selena replied saying that everything was fine between them and that she loved Jenner. After this, the former Disney girl published a video through Tiktok in which she informed her followers that she was going to take a break from social networks and that she was old enough to be involved in these troubles. This decision has been made at a time when social networks are completely divided between Team Selena and Team Hailey. This division has managed to make Gómez the most followed woman on Instagram because as a sign of support many users are following her. On the other side, Hailey is losing the follow of many people, even celebrities like Miley Cyrus, Rihanna and Harry Styles.
The followers of the singer have again released a video though Tiktok in which it can be seen how Bieber’s wife looks disgusted when they name Taylor Swift, Selena’s best friend. Her fans also add that Hailey does not stop imitating the Calm Down performer since she even has tattoos similar to hers. Some even claim that the wedding between Justin and Hailey was agreed.
The level of the drama is so high that even by Tiktok many followers of Gómez are publishing videos saying that if they were the actress they would put in their profile a picture in which Hailey is seen as a teenager posing with a magazine that had on the cover an image of Justin and Selena together, known as Jelena. Will this rivalry between the two women and their followers ever end? At the moment we can only wait to see how this discussion progresses and if Justin mentions anything about it.
