The people who used to play with the PlayStation know what PS Plus is. It consists in subscribing on it, and this subscription allows the person who has subscribed to play online and taking some video games on the Play Store for free. It was a rumour that Sony was working on a reboot of the Ps Plus, and the Japanese brand has confirmed it.
It is going to be launched in June, and an important change is that PS Now is going to be discontinued when this update arrives. Another thing that will change is the introduction of more than 700 new games, because Sony notices that a lot of fans have mentioned they are tired with current offerings on PS Plus, so they have decided to introduce a lot of new games.
The previous PS Plus only had one version, but this reboot brings three different options. The first one, is the Essential, with the same benefits as the previous PS Plus, that is playing online and the same video games, with the same cost $9.99 per month. The second one is the Extra plan with a cost of $14.99 per month, which includes 400 more titles. And the last one is the expensive one, the Premium, for $17.99 per month the user have 340 more video games than the Extra, it means more than 700 games, and includes extended version of some video games and access to classic games.
That was something that the fans of the Japanese’s technology brand were waiting for. The PS Plus has not been changed since a long time ago, so it needed a change and it will be launched in June, and with more than one option, so it looks like a good idea, and seems that the brand has listened to their community.
