Lauren Giraldo is the creator of this new form of training that has gone completely viral on social media, specifically on tiktok, where the young woman uploaded her routine for the first time. Every day there are more people who decide to join this method and for the moment, it only receives positive comments.

Lauren explained that she herself has managed to lose an incredible 13 kilos and that the only thing that is needed is a treadmill. This video tutorial already has 2.5 million likes and almost 12 million views, an amazing figure.


The influencer explains that running on the treadmill didn’t work for her at first. She started playing around with the treadmill settings, and at the time (2019), the treadmill in his gym had 12 inclines max, 3 miles per hour (4 kilometers) didn’t make her feel very tired, and she remembered her grandmother had always said that 30 minutes a day was all it took. Thus the famous combination was born.

If you want to kick start this new trendy workout, all you have to do is have a treadmill and set it up like this: set it to incline 12, speed 3, and stay on it for 30 minutes. Dare to try it!
