We have been seeing how the future is arriving. One of the last things that have been created, and is be putting on sale soon, is a flying skateboard, that have been created by Alexandro Duru, and has been called Omni Hoverboard. The creator of this object give an interview to DroneDJ, where explains the principal things of this invention.
The Omni Hoverboard can fly thanks to basis, where it has eight rotors that afford it to elevate the platform and the pilot. The difference with other equipment that can fly, like jet packs, is that this Omni Hoverboard have not complex technology. In the interview that we had named, Duru says that “It is matter of the propulsion level”.
It does not have any autopilot, gyroscope or automatic stabilizer bar, it all depends for the pilot to stabilize the table. But it includes a control to manage the speed that the pilot can wear in the hand. Until this moment, the maximum pace of the hoverboard has not been revealed neither the autonomy.
The creator, Alexandro Duru, has revealed that they are preparing a new model to put it on sale, and commercialize it. He has said that it will be a model that “can be used in daily live”, a new version that is not only for acrobatics. This version will be a version that the pilot will have more control and less pace than this version, making it more safety. Most likely it will be sold as an extreme sport object, so not all will be able to buy this product. Until this moment, there has not been revealed the date when this product could be bought even the price that it will cost. So we have to wait time until see this Omni Hoverboard flying in our cities.
