For this fall/winter 2022 season, the Italian brand Tods applied itself to the “warm” factor with proposals of thick fabrics and autumnal colors. In its menswear fashion show, coats and collars lined with wool, corduroy pants and a sober palette of brown tones stood out. The designs, carried out by Walter Chiapponi, had an evident allusion to the 70’s era, making the parade an even more attractive proposal. Combining this flash of the past with the modern era and mixing Norwegian-inspired fabrics with blue denim to give a European touch to an obviously American look, the fashion brand has managed to combine tradition with the latest trends, achieving a show with a lot of presence and that captures many glances.
Now that the 70s are back on trend, Tod’s nailed it in terms of aesthetics and style. Without a doubt, this is going to be a good season for the house.
