Twitter is one of the most famous social network in the world, and is living a lot of changes in this moment. Not a long ago, Elon Musk enters in the ownership of the social, and one of the first things that the US multimillionaire is thinking about, is to include a edit button in the tweets.
That is something that the users were asking for upgrade for the platform. After all, one typo is all it takes to undermine your toastiest take on the latest political fiasco. After years of deleting their misspelt missives the patience of Twitterers has finally been rewarded. Twitter has announced that they had been working on this button to be add for one year. Also, Elon Musk has made poll in Twitter answering the users to about this upgrade, and more than 4 million have voted. Twitter’s Head of Consumer Product, Jay Sullivan, was keen to highlight the tricky decisions that lie ahead of its implementation.
Twitter has been experimenting with things like time limits on edits, as well as transparency about what’s been edited. Most of the socials networks have this edit button and Twitter looks like to be the next to include this button. They have planed to prove that new edit tool in Labs, but if this have good results, it will be include in the app.
