TWICE has officially concluded their American Ready To Be Tour with an iconic show in the Las Vegas Allegiant Stadium
The successful K-pop group TWICE capped off their biggest tour to date, the Ready to Be Tour with a single, triumphant night in Las Vegas on Saturday, March 16th. This marked the final stop in the American stages for the nine-member group, comprised of Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu.
The concert at Allegiant Stadium served as a way for TWICE to conclude this part of their tour, coming more than seven months after the North American leg of the tour officially concluded in July. Later this summer, they will end their extensive year-long tour with a series of shows in Japan. TWICE is extremely popular in Japan, having 3 members with Japanese roots (Mina, Sana and Momo). They also have various Japanese albums under the TWICE Japan brand.
The setlist included a mix of their own hits and captivating covers, including Dua Lipa’s “New Rules” and Ariana Grande‘s “7 Rings.” Fans, wielding their light-up glow sticks (The iconic Candy Bong) enthusiastically sang along throughout the show with their voices filling the stadium.
Following the concert, TWICE expressed their gratitude to their fans on Instagram. “What a stunning night in Las Vegas!” they wrote, sharing a photo from the stage. “Words can’t fully express our heartfelt gratitude to each and every ONCE who came to the show.” “We are completely blown away by your unbelievable energy,” they continued. “You’re truly the everlasting spark that lights up our passion and the sole reason that we keep going.”
Twice has recently celebrated their career in the Killing Voice show
The program consisted of a compilation of live recordings of TWICE‘s most iconic songs. However, for most groups, the video is not as long as it was for the 9 members. Half an hour of iconic songs and stunning vocals made the video extremely viral on social media.
All-Time TWICE classics like TT, What is Love, Fancy among many others made an iconic playlist for a group that keeps on giving.
TWICE is still going and looks like they have music for a while for ONCE to enjoy. The disband rumours are still not true and it looks like the JYP band will keep giving iconic songs, albums and performances for a long time. Perhaps, even after the group decides to part ways we could still see their solo careers launching. TWICE already looks like they have solo projects and subunits prepared for the band to keep on giving.
